Clan Campbell Annual Function

Hello all,
A request has come in for a MINI band to attend and perform for the Clan Campbell’s Annual Dinner.
This year’s event is being held at the United Service Club, 183 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill.
Uniform: Glengarries and Jackets, (and medals if applicable).
Parking at the rear of the club – not arranged (sorry).
DETAILS AND TIMINGS TO BE CONFIRMED however going on past performances, it would be safe to say the following:
I would suggest to assist in parking arrival/tune up for 4.30p for a 5.15 pm start (may require a performance played on arrival of guests – to be confirmed on day).
Event will probably commence at 6pm.
Haggis ceremony will most likely be conducted (solo piper required to pipe in Haggis) and band members will be most likely offered to partake.
